All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see below for details. humigard.com reserves the right to amend this return policy without notice.
*All returns must be pre-authorized via email at customerservice@humigard.com. If you return your product without pre-authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you receive your package in the mail, and it is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at customerservice@humigard.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return.
